• $1 a mile charge will be added to travel over 10 miles from Cd'A.
• +$75 to shoot on weekends.
• Invoices under $200 will be charged $1 per mile more than 5 miles from Cd'A.
• Photos that require AI edits add $5-10 per photos.

Flambient VS Bracketed or "HDR"
In Real Estate and Architecture Photography there are two methods for creating high quality images in difficult lighting situations like houses and buildings. Bracketed or "HDR, and Flambient or "Flash Ambient Blending"
HDR Real Estate Photography uses software to blend multiple exposures to create a bright, evenly lit image, but can often produce flat tones, color casts, or unrealistic lighting. We've all seen an HDR real estate photo that looked over saturated or the walls weren't the actual color of the house. This is because of color casting. When light comes in through a window it bounces off of couches, cabinets, and other colorful items in the home. These color are reflected onto the walls, ceilings and other light areas in the room. When the software tries to blend the different exposures it stuggles to find what the true colors of the room are.
Real Estate photographers use this method because it is quick and easy. You can shoot a 3000 sqft home in about 20-30 minutes as comparied to Flambient might take an hour or more.
Flambient Real Estate Photography however, combines natural ambient light with carefully controlled flash exposures, giving the photographer precise control over color accuracy, contrast, and window detail. This is because the flash puts out a consistent color temperature of 3500 kelvin which is how we measure the color. This eliminates common HDR color cast artifacts and results in a much cleaner, sharper, a truer color magazine-quality look.
Because of this higher level of control and consistency, flambient is regarded as the more professional approach, delivering images that stand out in listings and better reflect the true feel of a space.
The only drawback to Flambient is that it is harder to shoot, requring setting up flash units and harder to edit, requiring exporting your photos to photoshop for blending instead of letting software do the work for you. But that is our problem! We work very hard to keep our pricing competitive even when delivering a superior result.
